Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the rental of the holiday apartment to private guests.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded through your booking request and our booking confirmation. The confirmation can be made in writing or electronically.

3. Payment Terms

The deposit is usually 20% of the rental price and is due within 7 days of booking confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, the total amount is due immediately.

4. Security Deposit

If a security deposit is agreed upon, it is due before arrival and will be refunded after the proper return of the apartment.

5. Arrival and Departure

Arrival is possible from 4:00 PM, and departure must be by 10:00 AM. Deviations can be agreed upon by arrangement.

6. Use of the Holiday Apartment

The holiday apartment may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the booking. Pets are only allowed after prior agreement. Smoking is prohibited in the holiday apartment unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Withdrawal/Cancellation

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the following cancellation fees apply: up to 30 days before arrival 20% of the rental price, 29 to 14 days before arrival 50%, 13 to 7 days before arrival 80%, from 6 days before arrival 90% of the rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

8. Liability

The tenant is liable for damages caused by him or his fellow travelers. The landlord is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

9. Data Protection

The privacy policy on this website applies.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
